Do we have enough enough capacity for schooling in our locality

 •Introduction:

Schooling capacity in Uttar Pradesh

. In Bihar there is lots of district where there are a lack of education because of having no better facility to teach and not getting proper education that's why in Bihar the literacy rate is 63.8%. We are finding the solution that can we open there school for making  better & bright future...

Uttar Pradesh recorded an enrolment of 25.3 million primary students (including both private and government schools) in 2015-16, taught by 6,65,779 teachers (even including schools where primary, upper primary and secondary co-existed), according to government education data.

PROBLEMS WITH SCHOOLING IN UP
1. Infrastructure

The children in state-run schools are in miserable condition as there is no electricity or proper ventilation. School kids use books and handmade fans to get relief from the torment of their classrooms without fans.

As high humidity continues in Uttar Pradesh, students and teachers in more than 40 per cent of the total 1,13,500 primary schools are forced to attend classes sans power.

These kids, in the age group of three to 12 years old, have to go through this or deal for at least five hours daily.

2. Economic conditions of family

Uttar Pradesh is one of the states with the highest dropout rate. The economic condition of families in the state was one of the prime reasons for dropout. Another major reason for drop-out among students was that they would often fail either in secondary/senior secondary school. Hence, they lose interest in education

3. Unbalanced ratio b/w students and teachers.

A fourth of Uttar Pradesh’s 200 million people are aged between five and 14 years – India’s largest child population – but the state has the fewest teachers per student, the poorest transition rate from primary to upper primary school and amongst the lowest learning outcomes in the country.

Uttar Pradesh’s literacy rate of 69.72% is the eighth-lowest in India, according to government data

At 30 students per teacher – as prescribed by the Right to Education Act – at the primary level, the state should have 8,40,000 teachers but is short by 21%, or 1,76,000, according to our analysis.

•New change which is happening in U.P

But now U.P has started implementing some new rules regarding education system and we have noted a lot of improvement in the literacy rate of U.P for ex.:

1. They have separate a high budget for education sector.

2. They have started smart classes.

3. They have increase the amount of scholarship.

4. They are providing many facilities such as library, clean water, a better infrastructure.

5. They have improved the quality of mid-day-meal, Etc.

Here is updated literacy rate of some cities of U.P.

Conclusion : as we all have seen in above chart it is updated one (Y- 2020) U.P has improved a lot in education sector but it was not like that before. They made some strict rules for improve it and if every state of India start up with strict rules regarding education so they will also improve their education system and they can grow up.
